Unlocking a student's unique potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With three years of experience supporting elementary and middle school students in Math and Special Education, I focus on building confidence rather than simple memorization. I hold a certification in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and am comfortable working with challenging students to ensure they feel supported. I assess your child's learning style by observing their interactions with new material and maintaining open communication. By breaking complex problems into manageable steps and connecting concepts to personal interests, I keep students motivated. I believe clear communication with parents is essential to foster a collaborative environment. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks.
