About Emily

I am a dedicated and attentive caregiver looking to offer help to families who need childcare. I am a First Year Teacher in Blaine, MN. In previous roles at the Children's Museum of South Dakota and at a daycare center in Sioux Falls, I've learned how to meet the needs of children and families wishing to learn, play, & stay safe. I'm also skilled with organization and communication, and love to help out around the house. I'd describe my personality as patient, curious, and dynamic. I like working with kids because as they grow and learn about the world around them, I am able to do the same through their experiences. Observing and engaging with children who are playing, or even just going through daily life, is a very pure form of fulfillment. I love that I get to be a part of their world and have an impact on their life just as much as they impact mine. In my spare time, I like to read, learn, go outside, and spend time with family.
