Hello! My name is Emily and I am a current student at NMU pursuing a Nursing degree with an Advanced Spanish Language certification. I am 19 years old, originally from the Detroit area, and I have a valid drivers license with a reliable SUV. I have been babysitting for years which has led me to my love for nursing. I hope to go into the NICU after graduating. I have spent most of my life caring for special needs individuals, varying from assisting students to assisting my Aunt's special education classroom. I am more than willing to learn new routines and skills to better care for children. I have cared for up to 3 children at once and love caring for infants. I can do basic housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing, etc.) and mealtime needs. I am looking for a summer job in the Detroit area while home from university.
