About Emily

I've been caring for children for over seven years because I'm passionate about supporting their growth and development. Growing up, there was always a child around to take care of, and I was always the happiest one to do it. As an empathetic person, I enjoy creating a nurturing environment where kids feel safe and happy. I have experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens, and am comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I follow the parents' lead in terms of household rules and prefer to communicate about a child's day or any issues that arise verbally at pickup. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including educational, outdoor, and technology-based games (I am a gamer at heart). I am a Junior Psychology major at the College of Wooster, and because of my past summer internship working with children, I have completed child safety trainings. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and look forward to supporting your family with quality
