About Emily

Hi! I'm Emily. I'm originally from Kentucky and have been living in Washington for the past year while completing my cosmetology program. Before moving, I worked as a preschool daycare teacher for a year, where I developed a passion for helping children learn, grow, and feel confident in a safe, nurturing environment. Over the past year, I also worked as a nanny for a wonderful family in Everett. As the children got older and schedules changed, their mom was able to spend more time with them, so my schedule naturally became smaller, a milestone I was happy to celebrate with them. As I begin my career in cosmetology, I'm looking for a meaningful part-time caregiving position. I'm dependable, patient, and love creating fun, engaging days through crafts, outdoor play, reading, and age-appropriate learning.
