About Emily

Hi! My name is Emily, and I recently graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences and a minor in Linguistics. I am also a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with a strong passion for working with children and supporting families. I have experience caring for kids of all ages, including working full-time at a camp supporting children and adults with disabilities and serving as a caregiver for a student with special needs. I am patient, dependable, energetic, and love creating a fun and supportive environment for every child I work with. My background has given me valuable skills in communication, language development, and working with diverse needs and abilities. I speak English and Spanish and also know sign language.
