About Emily

Nurturing young minds and supporting families is my passion. For the past four years, I've had the joy of caring for children aged newborn to 11 years old. I have had four years of paid experience but over 20 years of experience in general taking care of younger family members.. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that encourage learning. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time. I have some college experience, including Early Child Development coursework. I'm also certified in First Aid and CPR. I'm happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, crafts, and swimming supervision. I always follow the parents' preferred communication method and am comfortable enforcing household rules. Ultimately, I strive to provide a safe, fun, and enriching environment where children can thrive. I look forward to the possibility of bringing my experience and enthusiasm to your family!
