About Emily

Hi! My name is Emily, and I'm 28 years old. I've been a Certified Medical Assistant for 8 years. My childcare experience includes babysitting, working for 2 years as an assistant teacher in a preschool, tutoring through Team Read, volunteering with Awanas, and caring for children from infancy through age 12. I also completed coursework in child psychology. I love creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and be themselves. Some of my favorite activities include educational crafts, games, outdoor play, creative activities, reading, and helping with homework. I enjoy balancing fun with structure and adapting to each child's individual needs and personality. My medical background has strengthened my patience, communication skills, organization, and ability to stay calm in different situations.
