I have hired Emily on a number of occasions to take care of my two girls. She's one of those extraordinarily mature, loving, and creative girls that are a rarity! Whenever she works for us, Emily shows up ready to be fully engaged, including with ideas and activities -- and, she always stops to talk with us and ask important questions to make sure she's up to speed on the rules and needs of our girls. What makes this especially impressive is that Emily is the older cousin of my girls -- and, sometimes that dynamic can be very challenging for people to pull off -- e.g. they don't command authority, etc. But, when we leave our girls in Emily's care, we know they'll be in good hands --and, she will have successfully walked that line of being fun and creative, while still being in charge. Plus, as a bonus, Emily leaves things tidy. Hire her - you won't regret it!
