About Emily

I graduated from The University of Northern Colorado, with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education. Over the past decade I have taught preschool, kindergarten, and third grade. I have also worked as an infant nanny. I am extremely patient and very compassionate. I create a learning environment where students feel supported academically as well as emotionally. I am able to provide rich learning experiences, developmentally appropriate activities, and cultivate lessons based on state standards. To encourage students engagement I develop lessons, activities, and choose literature that is relevant to their interests.
