Safety and ensuring all your specified needs are met EXACTLY are my no. 1 priorities. I am very comfortable with any child. My work has given me experience with a wide range of children and all their varying personalities, strengths and struggles, and unique quirks. I understand very well that each child is different from all others, and am adept at caring for each one and their own unique personality in the ways that works best for them. My experience has given me the ability to see the kids I work with in countless settings of accidents and incidents, and I have had experience with every emotion or problem. I have a good understanding of what the characteristics of each child at different ages are and what works best for each age group. I am very respectful of parental guidelines and parenting styles.
