About Emily

I am a graduate student at UNC pursuing a masters in Occupational Therapy. I bring over 10 years of experience in childcare, including children with disabilities, and live in Chapel Hill. As a full-time student, my schedule allows for evening childcare Mon-Thurs, and full-day availability on Fridays and most weekends. I'm also open to overnights, trips, and house/pet-sitting. My rate is $30 per hour. I'm certified in pediatric/adult CPR and First Aid through the American Red Cross. I have a clean driving record and reliable car, and am happy to help with cooking, housekeeping, and carpooling. I am comfortable caring for multiple children, am high-energy, creative, and passionate about learning through play. The families I've worked with in the past remain close connections, reflecting the meaningful relationships I build. I truly love kids and will do everything I can to ensure your children are well-loved, cared for, and supported, while also helping out in your home however I can!
