When we were looking for Nanny's to take care of our first born, we interviewed multiple Nannies. Emily was the sweetest one we spoke to on the phone and had the experience we were looking for at the time. We decided to hire Emily to take care of our ver first child, and she cared for him at around 4 months old until he was 17 months old. A plus was having her bring her son who was about the same age as ours. Our son was diagnosed with very severe eczema, which was very hard to take care of. She did the best anyone could in the situation. She followed all our suggested protocols for management and also did other remedies she figured out on her own that helped. She was very patient with our son and never lost her temper no matter the situation. She provided the patience and care our son needed during his 1st year. We did have to eventually let her go because the hours and consistency would no longer work with both of our schedules, especially with the new job I took. But we wish her the best and hope another family with have the pleasure of having her as their Nanny as well.
