I have always loved working with children, and have had the opportunity to help so many families for over 10 years now. I am looking for families that are in need of some weeknight/weekend help as I do work full time in medical research. I have experience with all ages, from infant to school age, and am more than happy to be flexible with your schedule. I have a Masters Degree in Animal Science, so bring on your pets too!

We were thrilled to find Emily.  Our boys (7&5) love when she comes over.  She does a great job connecting and engaging with our boys.  Emily has become our regular date night sitter.

Emily was my first ever childcare provider for my only son. I was so nervous about leaving him, but Emily's confidence and professionalism helped me overcome my fears. She was so good about getting  him out and doing fun things. My son absolutely adores her, and anyone would be so lucky to have her watch their kid(s).

Emily has been the best babysitter. We were so fortunate to have her watch our daughters. She has such a calming personality and you can tell she really cares about children. She has often come on very short notice. Always on time and always with the best attitude. We will for sure miss her and highly recommend her.

Emily is AMAZING! I'm extremely particular in who I hire to watch my child and Emily is just so great and we are going to miss her so much! Her calm personality makes her an ideal sitter for toddlers as she is very patient. She is great at re-framing situations and making them positive in that she doesn't say "no, don't do that" and will say something positive like "instead of throwing the ball inside, let's save that for outside", this aligns with how we parent so this is a characteristic we really appreciate. She bonded with my daughter right from the start and my daughter looks forward to the days Miss Emily comes over. She does activities and plays games vs letting my daughter sit in front of the TV, which is hard to find in a sitter these days. We are going to miss her dearly and if you have to opportunity to hire, don't hesitate, you will be so glad and relieved to have someone like her watch your children! 

Emily hit all of the marks for our childcare needs. Emily is always punctual and dependable while providing nurturing care for our toddler.  Our daughter immediately took to Emily and is always happy to see her.  Emily has taken care of mealtime, nap time and bedtime for our daughter without a hitch.  Emily will continue to be our go to caregiver in the area and comes highly recommended!

Emily was always dependable and very flexible with my work schedule. My kids seemed to love her and she seems to truly care about them! She helped around the house as well, meal-prep, laundry, etc! We love having her around to help throughout the week!

She is the first sitter my 3 boys are excited to see. they absolutely love her. I really enjoy how she interacts with them instead of just sitting them in front of a TV like some. I highly recommend her. 

She showed up early.  Followed all directions.   I can tell she really loves children and I felt very comfortable leaving my newborn with her.   She even cleaned up a little bit!
