About Emily

Hi! My name is Emily and I am a 32 year young Registered Nurse. I have been travel nursing for the last 2 years, currently looking for part-time work while I am taking a short break. I am BLS/CPR certified. I have been an inpatient Medical/Surgical Nurse for the past 4 years. I have worked ages between 20-100 in this role. I am a kind, patient and empathetic individual that takes pride in the care I give to people. I am a Daisy Award Honoree, nominated by a patient for my exemplary care. Before becoming a Nurse, I was a Certified Nursing Assistant in a pediatric emergency with ages 0-18 in this role. Before my CNA role, I was a full-time nanny for triplets. I worked with them while they were 3-6 years old. I have also worked in daycares- a before/after school care for DSM Public schools and a private daycare where I worked mainly as a Pre-K teacher. While in the daycare I would at times work in different rooms so I have experience with babies through Pre-K age in that role.
