About Emily

I am a born and raised New Yorker, but I lived in Minneapolis after graduating from Skidmore College. I was the Assistant Director of Miniapple International Montessori for 2 years. In this role, I worked with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and their grownups. I enjoyed working as a summer camp counselor at Bank Street Summer Camp in Manhattan and at Shire Village Camp in Massachusetts, where I worked with ages 6-12. I'd describe my personality as grounded, compassionate, and easygoing. I like working with kids because I love learning from the perspective of children. I'm looking for a job that offers mutual communication and trust. My first professional experience was with Bank Street Summer camp was in 2016. In my spare time, I like to read, cook, play sports, and sew clothing. I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my cat. I love to travel! My skills include communication, organizing routines, and engaging kids in movement through games and play!
