About Emily

I am a former preschool teacher, transitioning out of the classroom and into a new career path. I love working with children, inspiring young minds, and being a respectful role model. I have years of experience babysitting all ages, two summers counselor of a Kindergarten camp, two years experience working in an infant room, and three years experience as preschool teacher for ages 3-5. The empathy and passion needed to care for children comes so natural to me that I am not ready to step away from early childhood education and care as I continue my education. I am looking for a family who I will feel comfortable working with using emotionally responsive teaching techniques and honest communication.
