About Emily

As a certified NH teacher, I love helping people reach their full potential. I have taught English language arts and math to 5th graders. I'm also a certified special education teacher, which makes me confident I can tailor my work to each child's individual needs. I have a degree in English literature as well, so I would love to help students improve their writing and reading ability. This is particularly true for middle school and high school students, where effective writing is an incredibly crucial skill. I currently work as a functional support professional, where I help people with various disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses work on job readiness skills to obtain employment. I have a strong passion for supporting people with disabilities to reach their desired goals. Whether this is children learning to live with ADHD, autism or learning disabilities, or working with families and parents in learning how they can help the child be succeed best. I'm here to help!
