About Emily

Hi there! I have been babysitting since I was 12 years old, and the past four years I have been a nanny full time (other than school) for multiple families in Georgia and also at my college in Alabama. I was a lifeguard for two years, and have carried those skills and applied them to the children I watch, especially in the summer. During the school year, I often substitute for different Elementary Schools, which has given me valuable experience. I have a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Sciences, and intend to be a child therapist. As a nanny, I watch and play with children, drive them to activities, cook, clean, do laundry, and anything else that is necessary. Most of all, I have always loved caring for kids and bringing some more sunshine into their lives. I am also fully vaccinated for COVID-19. I just moved to Providence for graduate school, and am studying to be a child therapist!
