Emily interviewed with me and I hired her. She accepted the position on the spot and said she could do the job. Me and my son liked her and thought she would be perfect. I even put off a week of care for my son to wait until she got back in town. We had a set schedule and on the day she was due to come watch my son she texted and said she was too busy to watch him. She claimed to be open all week. In my opinion very unprofessional and unreliable.
