Emily was wonderful. As a first time Care.com user I was very tentative in my first booking. Unfortunately, I had a last minute emergent need. Fortunately, Emily was my first hire. I couldn’t have asked for better! She was attentive and engaging with my 14 mo olds. She was also very reassuring for me - someone who has only ever left my child with grandma!
