About Emily

Hi! my name is Emily, I'm 19 years old and I'm enrolled at HCC for diagnostic medical sonography (ultrasounds) I'm a part time student and can work my classes around your schedule. I've always had a passion for caring for kids (hence the sonography) and animals! I'm a lifeguard at my current job which means I am First Aid, AED, and CPR certified in infants, children, and adults. I also was trained on how to dislodge something from a baby or child's airway and I can do the Heimlich maneuver when needed. I have had hands on experience with injuries and illnesses at work and have handled them appropriately. I think I would be a great fit for your family! I am a great swimmer as well, If fitting, could teach your child how to swim. Before I graduated, I was a cheerleader for 8 years so I'm experienced in tumbling (flips). So if your kids love gymnastics or cheer and need a little extra help, I'm here! I'd describe myself as a very giving person My skills include First Aid, AED, and CPR.
