Emily has been our nanny for the last year. We have three kids, 6, 5, and 1 year old. Emily has primarily been the nanny for our baby, but is also fantastic with the older two. She follows directions very well and also takes initiative helping around the house. She easily adapts to the many changes that occur as babies grow and meet new milestones. Emily is a very kind and caring person which is exemplified in the way she cares for our children. Not only is she reliable and punctual, she is creative and engaging in the way she interacts with our children. I can easily say that she goes above and beyond any responsibilities we have given her. Even more importantly, she has become a part of our family. The baby is starting preschool this fall which is why we don't need her anymore, but this is a bittersweet change for us. We are hoping that she can continue to help us with ad-hoc babysitting moving forward and can continue her relationships with our children. I highly recommend Emily as a nanny/sitter. Any family would be lucky to have her!
