About Emily

I have extensive pet care experience, both large and small animal. Prior to my move to Savannah, I developed my own pet care business back in Michigan. I have worked on horse ranches, hobby farms, a veterinary office, dog kennel, and in private homes with a variety of pets. My fiance and I combined have 4 rescue dogs, and they are our family! I also fostered a sweet shelter dog and was able to help with his re-homing process. I am looking for positions in pet care because I genuinely enjoy the being around and caring for animals. Currently, I am specializing in scheduled regular home visits/ dog walking, but open to helping any way I can!

I have known Emily since we were children. Growing up with numerous cats and dogs, visiting her grandmother's farm often, and showing her beloved lama at fairs, she developed a huge passion for animals of all shapes and sizes. She has volunteered as a camp counselor at various places since she was a girl, taking care of and training the camp horses, and teaching children how to ride. When Emily came to stay with me when I moved to Idaho, she got a job at the second largest mule farm in the country; training, riding, and caring for over 50 mules. Together, her and her soon-to-be husband have four rescue dogs. Without hesitation, she has cared for my two dogs and cat over numerous weekends when I have been out of town. I would recommend her to anyone, and guarantee she will not only care for your pets, but will love them as you do too.
