Hello! I just moved from Washington state to San Diego and hope to find a fun family to babysit occasionally for date nights (after 5:30pm)! A little about me- I worked as a full-time nanny in Santa Cruz, California last summer for 6 months. I also babysat two other families there. I'm the oldest of 4 kids and loved looking out for my younger siblings. At 15, I started babysitting another family regularly, who had young twins and an older sister. In high school, I was a a special needs tutor for kids for 4 years. I also have experience as a lifeguard/swim instructor for kids ages 1-15 years, where I planned activities/lessons and had training in CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens. I love being with kids and enjoy knowing that I have the chance to make a positive impact on them and their family! I believe that being patient, fun and easygoing while still enforcing rules and expectations from the parents is key. Hope to find a family that's a great fit :)

Emily is a great nanny! She cooked for the kids, cleaned the kitchen, would tidy up everything, and had transportation for driving to school. The kids loved her and so did we. She was punctual and reliable. She was transparent about her goals and plans which is hard to come by. She's a gem I'm sad she moved away!
