We hired Emily 2 weeks ago on 9/14/20. She was hired to care for our 4 children in our home. She has called in sick to work 4 times in 2 weeks. Then she told us she was finally feeling better and would be back to work on Monday. Monday rolls around and now her car won't start and she couldn't come to work. No apology. She said the car was fixed and would see us this morning. Today, Emily decided not to show up at all. No phone call, no heads up, and has not returned our messages or phone calls. I don't know how people can do this to a family-just quit without a word, making us scramble around trying to find child care for our kids, rather than be honest and upfront and say that it's not a job for them. Terrible!
