About Emily

Hi! My name is Emily and I have worked with children for many years. I have spent the last 2 years working with children with special needs in educational, summer camp, and in home care settings. I recently graduated college and am beginning my career as a Secondary education teacher come August. I have worked with children all ages from newborn to 18 years old. Working with children is my passion! I like working with kids because they are so much fun to be around. Working with kids allows for adults to learn so much about themselves and about the world around them. I believe that kids are the future and I want to be apart of that. I started working with kids when I was in high school. I babysat for a few families around my neighborhood and did tutoring at the elementary school I had attended. Being the oldest sibling I felt very comfortable working with kids.
