About Emily

Hello! For the past three years, I've had the joy of supporting middle school aged children through their studies. As a certified teacher with early childhood development experience through Penn State university, I am understanding of where your child is emotionally and cognitively. I love to enjoy the outdoors with little ones. I also enjoy reading, singing, and dancing! I am an animal lover and your pets make my day better. My personality is calm and patient. I pride myself on my ability to be flexible. I provide verbal updates at pickup to keep you informed about your child's day, or I can write notes if that is your preference. I follow your lead in enforcing household rules. I am comfortable caring for one or more children and am happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. Knowing I can support parents and make a positive impact on a child's life is what makes my job fulfilling. Thank you for considering me!
