Emily was hired to be our nanny for our 5 month old and she canceled us via text after 1 day of working. Would not answer calls and would not respond and let us know why. She did not give notice in advance for us to find other care. It was not until she realized she did not get paid (because we pay 1x a week) that she reached back out to us.
