I have experience with kids of all ages since I was a camp counselor for several summers and have been babysitting since I was 16. My most recent nanny position was Local here in Orlando. Emily has been awesome! My 12 month old son can be a handful (as most are during this stage) and does not take well to new faces but Emily has been great. She has been patient, kind, gentle and sweet. She keeps him entertained and she keeps him safe by quickly distracting him when needed by redirecting him to other safe alternatives. Emily interacts with him vs. just watching him. Kids need attention and socializing not just supervisor and Emily does both. She has also helped with my 5 year old daughter on occasion and she loves Emily. She has been a blessing for our family and we are truly grateful to have found her!
