About Emily

I'd describe myself as caring, friendly, and ambitious. I started working with kids professionally at 17, after babysitting for family friends and volunteering in Sunday ministry classes at church. Since then, I've worked as a 2-year-old teacher, nanny, and babysitter with children of different ages. I love working with kids because they're so innocent, genuine, and full of personality. I enjoy building a bond with them, watching them grow, and caring for them like they're my own. I'm patient, dependable, and comfortable with toddler behavior, daily routines, activities, and learning. I'm looking for a family I can build a genuine relationship with and be someone they can rely on. I'm flexible and happy to help with child-related tasks when needed. Outside of childcare, I love shopping, spending time with family and friends, exploring San Diego, and taking my dog Molly on walks. I'm CPR certified and have completed child development coursework.
