About Emily

Hello! My name is Emily! I have about 6. 5 years of experience working with children through daycare, babysitting/childcare, and teaching! I worked in a daycare for a little over a year where I started out working with children aged 0-4 until I was entrusted to be the lead teacher for the daycare's school aged summer program! As a lead teacher for that program, I was responsible, along with a co-teacher, for 15-17 kids daily, ranging from 4K to 6th grade! Aside from preparing lessons and educational activities, I was also responsible for some meal prep and snack! Additionally, I have experience being self-employed watching a newborn in my home for about 6 months! I love animals and I love helping out in any ways that I can, including meal prep, basic cleaning/house tasks, running errands, etc. I am CPR certified, trained in basic First Aide, have my own car, and I was a Lifeguard for 4 years during high school!
