About Emilye

Emilye has been an extended part of our family for about 3 years. She has done PRN babysitting, extended time care, pick up from school, and even was our tutor for zoom school during the first 3 months of the pandemic. Our 9 year old, though generally lovely, can be an emotional handful. Emilye is kind, fun, sensible and even tempered. With our daughter she played and created fun when it was appropriate, and held the line on getting homework done when that was appropriate. While she was her zoom tutor, she helped organize the assignments and did a great job of coaching our daughter through her work. They even had an organized dry erase board to track work and important fact for the week's classes. Emilye is remarkably responsible and trustworthy. She's good with kids and parents alike. Our family just needed another pair of hands to keep it all together. Our daughter and our family love her, and would not have made it through these past three years without her.
