About Emily

Hello! My name is Emily, I am a LPN looking to be a warm, engaging companion for a senior who just needs a little extra help, a friendly face, and good company during the day. I am a mother of two adult sons, originally from the Philippines (fully bilingual in Tagalog and English), and a passionate group fitness instructor of nearly 8 years. While I hold a 20 year LPN license, I spent many years as a stay at home mom before returning to work as a wellness nurse. I also have personal experience helping care for my father after a stroke. Because of this, my ideal role is not clinical care for sick or bedridden individuals, but rather acting as an "elderly babysitter" and friend. I am here to provide great conversation, gentle wellness/mobility motivation, light assistance, and peace of mind, including safe medication administration if needed. I am looking for a part-time schedule a few days a week during the day to bring joy and reliable support to your loved one's routine!
