About Emily

Hi there! A little about me: My name is Emily and I'm available for babysitting, tutoring, light housekeeping/errands, and when school ends for summer break-nannying! I have a Bachelor's degree from Kent State University and am currently employed by CCSD/DPS as a FT substitute teacher/paraprofessional, where I work primarily in elementary and their SPED/ILC programs. While in college I was a nanny for a sweet little boy starting when he was 6 weeks old to 10 months before I moved to Colorado. I'm also a trained Volunteer Crisis Counselor for Crisis Text Line (988), which has strengthened my ability to stay calm, communicate clearly, and provide compassionate support. Families appreciate my positive attitude, reliability, patience, and that I'm a great communicator with both kids & adults.
