I started at age 16 in Jacksonville at my churches Sunday School where my love for children blossomed. During Covid/ 2020 I decided to branch out and join care. com. I left Jacksonville to pursue my education in Tallahassee at Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (Go Rattlers!). There I worked for a nanny agency as well as freelanced as I obtained my degree in Criminal Justice. I was able to meet and assist some of the kindest families during that time. After graduating, my pets and I have now came back to Jacksonville. During the week I work in a Public Library as a children's storyteller. With my expanding experience I have gained skills such as de-escalation, multi-tasking, pet care, and most important patience. I hope that you'll give me the chance to provide your child(ren) with a fun and safe time!

Emily was so sweet! I definitely recommend her. She was on time and when we arrived back her and my kids were playing games. Even from first speaking with her I could tell she didn't play games. She asked about the kids interests and allergies. She followed everything I said that needed to be done. Upon arrival she immediately connected with my kids. I can really tell she loves kids and it's not just a quick side gig. My daughter even asked could she babysit them again. She is really cool and down to earth. We will be booking her again!
