About Emily

With 8+ years experience of caring for all kinds of children, I provide a creative, patient & consistent environment for all kids to thrive. My background includes 5 years of in-home work with kids with autism & special needs, and babysitting individuals & groups of up to 8 at once; including overnights & weekends that include administering meds. I have in the past taken CPR & First Aid. I am happy to take on meal prep, housekeeping & outside play, including swim supervision. Happy to assist with farm type chores too, I like to keep busy. I love fostering imagination and engagement in the world around you through arts & crafts, baking, reading, questions & creative projects like building blanket forts. I ask lots of questions around household expectations to ensure I understand them & can set a good example, which makes me comfortable upholding your rules.
