About Emily

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of the families I support. With nine years of experience as an 8th grade ELA teacher, I provide reliable, patient, and calm care for children. I hold CPR training to ensure a safe environment. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and maintaining open communication through your preferred method, whether that is verbal updates at pickup or texts throughout the day. I love engaging children through outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. Because I am a skilled swimmer, I am happy to provide swimming supervision during our outings. I am also available to assist with meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I look forward to becoming a trusted partner in your family's daily routine. I currently live in Troy, Ohio but will be moving to Cincinnati this summer as a result of my husband's job.
