About Emily

Hello! I have a lot of experience with children, and I love taking care of them. I have a little sister, and I also babysat all throughout middle and high school to make a little extra cash. I enjoy cooking, cleaning, story time, pet care, playing in the park, or playing a board game on a rainy day. I am extremely responsible, and I am familiar with children with special needs, whether it be mentally, physically, emotionally, or even something like extreme allergies. I myself have severe food allergies so I am well aware on how to use an EpiPen, I am Red Cross certified for child care, which means I am CPR certified. I have never had to use those extremities on any children that I have taken care of before, but I am very prepared if it comes to that. I love being outside on a sunny day and also just being inside and watching a movie, reading a story, or playing a game on a rainy day. I have experience with caring for girls and boys, and yes, I do know how to change a diaper. I think that the most important thing to keep in mind when it comes to caring for children is that you need to think of different ways to have fun and keep them occupied all while being safe.
