About Emily

Hey y'all! I'm a college student living in Denton and I'm attending UNT in order to become an elementary level art teacher. I have 5 years of childcare experience with kiddos aged 18 months to 10+ years old. I have experience with tutoring, crafts, diapers, etc.! I like working with kids because of their curiosity. Kids have so much left to learn - myself included - and they're always so keen on grasping onto new ideas. I love that about them! I'm looking for a job that is relatively flexible since I'm a full-time college student at the moment. I can do occasional babysitting or one-time babysitting. I started working with kids when I was 15 years old. I began working at Kumon over in Mansfield, Texas. I started out as a grader and then I was promoted to being a part-time tutor there. In my spare time, I like to draw and hang out with my friends and family. I'm a lover of all things artsy! One thing you should know about me is I love animals. They're like kids to me, haha.
