About Emily

Hi! My name is Emily, and I'm 22 years old. I recently accepted a position with the HISD that starts in August, so I'm currently looking for a full-time opportunity or something that can help support me financially until then. I have several years of experience working with children and currently work as a preschool teacher at a daycare. I'm also pursuing my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, which has given me both classroom knowledge and hands-on experience working with children of different ages, personalities, and needs. I would describe myself as patient, caring, reliable, and fun! I love creating a safe, positive environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. Whether it's helping with daily routines, planning activities, or simply being someone children can trust, I always strive to make a meaningful impact.
