About Emily

Hi! I've grown up helping my family, as the eldest cousin of 11, I helped all my aunts and uncles with their kids. I've been babysitting for other families and working at a summer camp since I was 13. During that time, I saw the positive impact I could have on their lives. My eight years of experience have honed my skills in providing a safe environment where they can have fun and be themselves! As a patient, calm individual, I strive to make every child feel comfortable and engaged. My kind and approachable nature allows me to build strong relationships with both children and parents. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, ensuring they are regularly updated about their child's day and any issues that arise. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead, respecting their parenting style and ensuring consistency for the child. I enjoy a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports to board games and I'm happy to drive them to any activities!
