About Emily

Hi! My name is Emily, and I'm hoping to find a nanny and/or household manager position in Chicago. I have 10 years of childcare experience. After babysitting for many years, I worked as a camp counselor and lifeguard in college. I specifically worked with our campers with disabilities. I also spent two summers as a nanny. For the past 3 years, I've worked at Make-A-Wish, where I planned and coordinated wishes for children and their families, but am excited to work directly with kiddos again! • I have my own car and a clean driving record • I'm CPR and First Aid certified • I'm comfortable caring for multiple children • I'm organized, imaginative, patient, passionate, and resilient • I have experience working with children with disabilities • I don't have direct infant experience; the youngest child I've cared for is 3 years old, but would love the opportunity to work with them.
