About Emily

Hi! My name is Emily, and I'm an experienced educator with a background in health sciences, biology, and child development. I have worked with children and teens in both classroom and caregiving settings, creating safe, engaging environments where kids feel supported, confident, and encouraged to learn. As a teacher, I developed strong skills in patience, communication, behavior support, and adapting activities to meet each child's individual needs. I love finding creative ways to make learning fun, whether that's through crafts, science activities, outdoor play, reading, or exploring new interests. I am CPR/First Aid trained, comfortable caring for children of different ages, and I value building strong relationships with both children and families. My goal is always to provide dependable care while making sure children feel safe, respected, and excited about their time with me.
