About Emily

Working with children has always been my passion.I have past 4 years mainly working with toddlers. I hold a BSW and am completing ECE coursework to become Certified Infant/Toddler Specialist and certified teaching. I am First Aid & CPR certified. My approach is patience, creativity, and independence. I am comfortable caring for 2 children at a time. I follow parents' lead when enforcing household rules and always communicate updates via your preferred method. As a wife to someone in law enforcement, I understand the frustration of unpredictable and irregular schedules. So, I am dedicating myself to being more available and flexible for parents who also have unusual work hours/schedules. I understand the difficulty of finding accessible childcare compared to the typical Monday through Friday childcare availability. I am open to providing care during most weekends and evenings.
