I am a kind and caring person who truly enjoys helping people! I have experience in Nursing homes/Assisted living Facilities (PC, Skilled and Memory care). I can assist clients with activities of daily living, document care if needed, administer appropriate medication, treatments and wound dressing in accordance with DHS (Medication administration program), collect specimens if required, review requisitions, and check vitals as needed. I am able to transfer clients if they are AO1 (Assist of 1) or use the provided lift available for their mobility needs. I can change colostomy bags and catheter foley bags as needed. I am currently only available to work evenings and overnight shifts or some weekend shifts. Please feel free to message me with any questions! BLS Certified (CPR and AED)
