I provide overnight care in 9-12-hour shifts, 5-7 nights per week, during the first 8-16 weeks. My specialties include establishing healthy sleep patterns and routines, new parent education, infant feeding support, and troubleshooting common challenges (colic, reflux, etc.). I bring a wealth of knowledge in newborn care, lactation/feeding, postpartum wellness, holistic sleep, and early development. I have a degree in ECE with post-degree credential as an Infant-Toddler Developmental Specialist, along with certifications as a Lactation Counselor, Newborn Sleep Specialist, and Infant Sleep Consultant.
