Emily started caring for our girls when they were 7 months and 2 years old. She has been the perfect fit for our family. Our youngest was very attached to mom when Emily started and she was patient and understanding as we worked through the transition. Her toddler experience has also been so helpful in teaching our oldest to control emotions and communicate. She has assisted with potty training as well! Emily is very hands on, always on the floor playing and interacting with our girls doing various activities. She is simply the best nanny and anyone is lucky to have her.
