About Emily

I am bubbly, down to earth, and caring! I love having fun, but I'm also capable of laying down rules when needed. I have always loved working with kids. I love helping them. I especially love helping them learn new things! I'm looking for a job that is flexible. I'm currently a full time university student working towards a degree in English in hopes of someday teaching! I started working with kids when I was growing up. When I graduated high school, I began to work as a substitute. Recently, I've been working as a K-12 tutor and a college level tutor. In my spare time, I like to read, travel, and experience new things! My favorite hobbies are camping and exploring caves. Besides that, I like to spend time with my cat and hamster. One thing you should know is working with children is my passion. I believe every child I meet has something new to teach me, and I love it! My skills include behavior management, providing personalized instruction, and meal preparation.
