Em was our full-time nanny for the past year, and continues to support us on a regular basis now that our little one has started daycare. We knew that daycare was the right choice for our almost 2-year-old at this point, but it was a hard call because he and Em have built an incredible bond over the past year. Em is warm, thoughtful, creative, and attentive. She watched what our little one, and the other little one in our nanny-share, were interested in, and designed activities and adventures that supported and expanded that. We feel so lucky to have found Em, and love having her be a part of our family!
